Death of a Salesman Response

Now that you have completed reading Death of a Salesman and before you view a production of the play, respond to the following prompt in 1-2 pages. 

- Gustav Freytag created, in the year 1863, a graphic of the dramatic structure which placed climax as the central moment in the plot of any story, novel, or play. After reading Death of a Salesman, where do you locate the climax in the plot of the play? Use evidence from the text wherever necessary to support your response. Compose your response in Google Docs and share it with me (sstaysniak@gmail.com) by Monday, Oct. 26. 

Following a review of your response, your next assignment will be to view a production of Death of a Salesman and begin to compose a comparative analysis based on elements of production as you see them and as they are manifested in the play.
